Art director / Motion designer

Hello! I am a designer and animator currently based in Washington D.C. My interest in animation began at a young age when I discovered that I could make flipbooks with Post-it notes. After defacing every Post-it pad in the house with crude stick figure animations, I turned to computer software to hone my craft more sustainably. Some years later, I found myself graduating from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, with a degree in Computer Art, Animation, and Visual Effects.

I joined the design team at Framestore New York in 2013 and worked with them for 4 years, having the opportunity to work with some of the most talented artists and mentors in the industry on projects that were both challenging and creatively fulfilling. From animating New Year's Eve billboards in Times Square, to 360 degree virtual reality experiences, to commercial campaigns that would continue for years, my experiences at Framestore shaped me from a fresh art school graduate into a capable professional in this fast-paced industry.

When Framestore opened its Chicago office in 2017, I jumped at the opportunity to be one of the first artists to kick it off. As a lifelong east-coaster, my move to the mid-west and participation in the opening of the new studio gave me a sense of independence and the confidence to go further with my career. So, after 2 incredible years at Framestore Chicago, I left, and started the next chapter of my journey by moving to D.C. and becoming a freelance artist.

Looking towards the future, I'm eager to expand my horizons and share my expertise for new and exciting projects.
